Orders placed via our website are subject to availability. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where items are unavailable, pricing errors have occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment processor, Square. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are your own and that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
For pickup orders, items should be collected within 15 minutes of the stated collection time. After this period, we cannot guarantee the quality or temperature of your order and no refund will be issued for uncollected items. Delivery is available on orders over £100 within a 1 mile radius of our premises at 2, Waterfront Walk, Birmingham B1 1SZ only. Delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, adverse weather conditions, or events of force majeure. You must provide accurate delivery details; we accept no liability for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them by contacting us directly on 0121 665 6719. After this window, your order will have entered preparation and cannot be cancelled. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on 0121 665 6719 or email info@chaiandcrumbs.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt. We will investigate all complaints and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
While we take every precaution, our kitchen handles allergens including but not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame, and fish. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens due to the nature of our kitchen environment. Customers with severe allergies should contact us on 0121 665 6719 before placing an order so that we can advise on the suitability of our products. Allergen information for each dish is available on our menu and ordering pages, but this information is provided as a guide only and should not be relied upon as a guarantee.
