Refund And Returns Policy for Chai and Crumbs

Online payments & refunds.

If a payment is taken and Chai and Crumbs is unable to fulfil the order you must as a customer contact us by phone or contact form on this website as soon as possible explaining the situation, this is generally the quickest and easiest solution.

Because of the nature of fast-food delivery, refunds are given at the sole discretion of Chai and Crumbs Ltd.

Delivery Refunds

Once an order has been placed and delivered by our driver, you must contact the shop direct should you have any complaints. Chia and Crumbs Ltd must be given the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day of the delivery. If the shop does not rectify this for you then please contact us via any method on our contact page.

Any refunds will be made the same way the food was purchased.

If however you find no resolution with direct contact then email info@chaiandcrumbs.co.uk quoting the name and address of the order, the day the order was placed, the amount taken, the order reference number displayed on the order email which was sent by Chai and Crumbs. We will then investigate the situation and if in agreement will refund the order amount back to the card used to make payment within 14 days of receiving the complaint.


Due to the nature of the business returns will only be accepted if a customer can prove products were unfit for consumption, if this is the case the product must be returned with a minimum of 60% of the product intact and within container supplied. A refund will then be given by card after inspection of the returned product at the discretion of the takeaway.
